Coconut Refresher

  • 1.5 oz. Blue Chair Bay® Coconut Spiced Rum Cream
  • .5 oz. Pineapple Syrup
  • 2 oz. Pomegranate juice
  • Mint, for garnish
  • Blueberries, for garnish

Fill a shaker with ice. Pour all ingredients into the shaker and shake vigorously. Strain the cocktail into a highball over ice. Garnish with mint and blueberries
