Honeydew Ginger Mojito

  • 1.5 oz. Blue Chair Bay® Premium White Rum
  • 5 mint leaves
  • .5 oz. fresh lime juice
  • .75 oz. simple syrup
  • 1/2 cup honeydew puree

In a shaker, muddle mint leaves with simple syrup. Add white rum, lime juice, and honeydrew puree. Shake well and pour in tall glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with sprig of mint.
