  • 2 oz. Blue Chair Bay® Premium White Rum
  • .5 oz. orange cognac
  • 1 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz. orgeat syrup
  • .5 oz. demerara syrup

Shake ingredients with ice and pour into hurricane or tiki glass. Add some shade with an umbrella.
