Iced Caramel Mocha
- 2 oz. Blue Chair Bay® Mocha Rum Cream
- 2 oz. espresso
- 2 oz. milk of choice
- 1 tbsp. chocolate syrup
- 1 tsp. caramel syrup, plus more for rimming
- sea salt
Brew espresso in a mug over chocolate syrup, caramel, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix together and let them cool. Once it's cooled, pour over ice and top with milk and Mocha Rum Cream. Stir to combine and top with sea salt.
