Key Lime Pie Shots
- 1 oz. Blue Chair Bay® Key Lime Rum Cream
- .75 oz. Blue Chair Bay® Vanilla Rum
- 1 oz. pineapple juice
- .5 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1 to 2 drops green food coloring
- whipped cream, for garnish
- graham cracker crumbs, for garnish
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the pineapple juice, lime juice, vanilla rum, Key Lime Rum Cream, and green food coloring and shake to combine. Rim the shot glasses with graham cracker crumbs. Pour the shaker into the shot glasses. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with additional graham cracker crumbs.
