Bananas Foster Eggnog
- 2 oz. Blue Chair Bay® Banana Rum Cream
- 1 oz. butterscotch
- 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 banana
- cinnamon and banana slice, for garnish
Blend the ice cream, banana, and butterscotch together in a blender until smooth. Add Banana Rum Cream and blend again until fully combined. Pour over a cocktail glass filled with ice. Garnish with cinnamon and a banana slice.
