- 2 oz. Blue Chair Bay® Coconut Rum
- 2 oz. blue curaçao
- 1 oz. pineapple juice
- coconut sparkling water
- coconut flakes, for garnish
Rim glass with coconut flakes and fill with ice. Shake ingredients in shaker and pour over ice. Top with coconut sparkling water.
