Carrot Crush
- 2 oz. Blue Chair Bay® Spiced Rum
- 1.5 oz. pineapple juice
- 1.5 oz. carrot juice
- .5 oz. orange juice
- .5 oz. cream of coconut
- nutmeg, for garnish
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a cocktail glass with ice and garnish with nutmeg.
