Chocolate Caramel Pudding Shots
- 3/4 cup Blue Chair Bay® Mocha Rum Cream
- 1 (3 oz.) box chocolate instant pudding
- 1/4 cup cold coffee
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 (8 oz.) tub whipped topping
- 1/2 cup caramel topping
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- whipped cream, for garnish

In a bowl, whisk together instant pudding, milk, and coffee. Slowly whisk in Mocha Rum Cream. Add tub of whipped topping and lightly fold the mixture. Then add caramel topping, folding the mixture like the whipped topping. Spoon into shot glasses. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with whipped cream, caramel sauce, and a pinch of sea salt.
