Chocolate Espresso Martini
- 1.5 oz. Blue Chair Bay® Mocha Rum Cream
- 1.5 oz. Blue Chair Bay® Vanilla Rum
- 2 oz. chocolate liqueur
- 1 oz. espresso
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- chocolate sauce, for rimming
- star anise, for garnish
Rim martini glass with chocolate sauce. Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice then strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with shaved chocolate and star anise.
