Coconut Lemonade
- 2 oz. Blue Chair Bay® Coconut Rum
- 2 oz. lemonade
- soda water or lemon-lime soda
Add rum and lemonade to the shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice, top with a carbonated drink. Garnish with a lemon wheel and mint sprig.
