Coconut Lychee Colada
- 2.5 oz. Blue Chair Bay® Coconut Rum
- 20 oz can of peeled lychees in syrup
- 8 oz coconut milk
- 4 oz coconut water
- ice
Drain canned lychees, keeping 1 tablespoon of the syrup. In a blender, add the Coconut Rum, lychee syrup, lychees, coconut milk, coconut water, and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into your favorite glasses and top with a skewer of lychees.
