Coconut Mojito
- 1.5 oz. Blue Chair Bay® White Rum
- 1.5 oz. Blue Chair Bay® Coconut Rum
- 2 oz. cream of coconut
- 1/2 lime, cut into wedges
- 1 tsp. light brown sugar
- fresh mint sprig leaves
- seltzer water or club soda
Muddle mint, lime juice, and light brown sugar together in the bottom of a shaker. Fill with ice and add rum and cream of coconut. Shaker vigorously. Strain into a glass filled with ice and top with club soda. Garnish with a lime wheel and mint.
