Cupid's Pink Hot Chocolate Recipe - Blue Chair Bay®

Cupid's Pink Hot Chocolate

  • 1 oz. Blue Chair Bay® Mocha Rum Cream
  • 1 package cinnamon candy hearts, plus more for garnish
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 oz. cinnamon whisky
  • whipped cream, for garnish

Start with 1/2 cup of the cinnamon hearts and crush them in a sealed plastic bag until they're a fine consistency and then set those aside. Then heat milk, heavy whipping cream, Mocha Rum Cream, and the cinnamon whisky in a saucepan. Once combined, add white chocolate chips and 1/4 cup of the candy hearts slowly until well dissolved. Pour into your favorite mug and garnish with whipped cream. Top with extra candy hearts and serve to your loved one. Happy Valentine's Day
