- 1 oz. aperol
- .5 oz. simple syrup

Shake banana rum, lime juice, and lemonade in a shaker with ice. Fill a clear mule mug with ice. Strain rum mixture into glass. and top with ginger beer and the supercolor powder. Garnish with fresh mango and lime wedges.

Combine the kumquats and sugar cubes in a cocktail shaker and muddle until the kumquats are broken up and the sugar is beginning to dissolve. Add the Blue Chair Bay Banana Rum, orange juice, and ice and shake until the outside of the shaker is frosty, about 20 seconds. Pour cranberry juice in glass first then everything from the shaker into a glass and serve. Add an orange slice and kumquat for garnish

Melon Sangria
Moscato, melons, and rum oh my!
- .5 cup Blue Chair Bay® Banana Rum
- 1 bottle moscato
- 3 cups mixed melons (watermelon, honeydew, cantaloupe) infused with Blue Chair Bay® Banana Rum
- 4 tbsp honey
- lime, for garnish
- mint, for garnish
Put melons and excess limes into a pitcher, followed by the rum, honey, then Moscato. After pouring, garnish with an additional lime wheel and mint!

Welcome to a socially acceptable way to start partying at breakfast. Muddle the strawberry in a shaker with rum and orange juice, and strain the result into a champagne flute. Top with champagne and garnish with a floating thin sliced strawberry.

- .5 oz. strawberry puree
- 3 oz. milk
Shake to combine. Garnish with whipped cream and cherry popping pearls.

Island Mimosa

- 2 oz. sparkling wine
- 1 strawberry, chopped
- 1 lemon wedge
Muddle a strawberry and lemon in a mixing glass. Add Blue Chair Bay Banana Rum and ice and shake. Give it one more shake for good measure. Strain that deliciousness into a champagne flute, and top with sparkling wine. Finish it off with a strawberry slice for garnish.

Crazy Sailor

- .5 oz. coffee liqueur
- .5 oz. pineapple juice
Put all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a shot glass.

Strawberry Banana Frozé
Delicious
- 1 cup Blue Chair Bay® Banana Rum
- 750 ml Rosé
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 2 oz. lemon juice
Put all ingredients in a blender with some ice and mix until smooth. Makes 4-5 servings.

Bananas Fostertini
- 2 oz. Blue Chair Bay® Banana Rum
- 1 oz. orange juice
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch nutmeg

Banana Dream
- 1.5 oz. Blue Chair Bay® Banana Rum

- .25 oz. hazelnut liqueur
- 1/3 muddled banana
- 1 oz. cream
Pour everything in a shaker, and get to shaking! Strain into chilled martini glass. Add a slice of banana as a garnish, and sprinkle cinnamon on top.

Put ingredients into a blender with ice and blend until smooth. Pour into glass or cup

Rum Radler
- 1.5 oz. Blue Chair Bay® Banana Rum
- 1 oz. dark rum
- 1 oz. pineapple juice
- 1 oz. blackberry liqueur
- 1 oz. orange juice
- .5 oz. grenadine
Combine ingredients into cocktail glass filled with ice. Simple. For layered look add in the following order: grenadine, banana rum, blackberry liqueur, juices, dark rum float.

- 2 oz. Blue Chair Bay® Banana Rum Cream

- 2 cups fresh pineapple
- juice of 1 orange
- 1 tbsp. matcha
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until the pineapple has been broken up and the drink is a thick, smoothie-like consistency. Serve cold. Garnish with a jack-o-lantern shaped orange.

Banana Split
- 2 oz. Blue Chair Bay® Banana Rum Cream

- 4 cups ice
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
