Great White
- 2 oz. Blue Chair Bay® Coconut Rum
- 2 oz. coconut water
- 2 oz. pineapple juice
- 1 oz. blue curacao
- coconut flakes, for garnish
- corn syrup, for rimming
Fill shark fin ice cubes with water and freeze until set. Then rim a cocktail glass with corn syrup and dip into shredded coconut. Build the cocktail in glass and stir. Top with ice for a jaws-ome good cocktail!
