Green Monster
- 2 oz. Blue Chair Bay® Lime Rum
- 1 oz. lime juice
- 1 scoop lime sherbet
- 1 cup sparkling water
Add rum and lime juice to a chilled glass. Scoop in lime sherbet and top with sparkling water. Serve immediately.
