Green Monster Shot
- 2 oz. Blue Chair Bay® Coconut Rum
- 2 oz. Blue Chair Bay® Banana Rum
- 2 oz. Midori
- 2 oz. pineapple juice
- whipped cream, for garnish
- small pineapple wedge, for garnish
Shake all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Strain into four shot glasses. Garnish with whipped cream and a mini pineapple slice.
