- 1.5 oz. Blue Chair Bay® Pineapple Rum Cream
- .25 oz. monin hibiscus syrup
- .5 oz. real pineapple syrup
- strawberry, for garnish
Fill a shaker with ice. Pour all ingredients into the shaker and shake vigorously. Strain the cocktail into a Copeland glass. Garnish with a strawberry
