Heat and stir. Add 1/4 cup Blue Chair Bay Banana Rum Cream. Bring to a boil, then let simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool 30 minutes. Strain cinnamon sticks. Add 3/4 tsp. cinnamon and 1.5 oz. Blue Chair Bay Banana Rum. Stir. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze overnight. Enjoy
