Horchata Popsicles
- 1/4 cup Blue Chair Bay® Banana Rum Cream
- 1.5 oz. Blue Chair Bay® Banana Rum
- 2 1/2 cups rice milk
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 crushed cinnamon stick
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
- Heat and stir. Add 1/4 cup Blue Chair Bay Banana Rum Cream. Bring to a boil, then let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and cool 30 minutes.
- Strain cinnamon sticks. Add 3/4 tsp. cinnamon and 1.5 oz. Blue Chair Bay Banana Rum. Stir.
- Pour into popsicle molds and freeze overnight. Enjoy
