Island Side Car

  • 1.5 oz. Blue Chair Bay® Spiced Rum
  • 1 oz. orange juice
  • 1 oz. pineapple juice
  • .5 oz. lemon juice
  • .5 oz. simple syrup
  • dash of orange bitters
  • sugar for rim

Rim a chilled martini glass with sugar. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake and strain into martini glass. Add a pineapple peel and enjoy!
