Kenny's Key Lime Pie Recipe - Blue Chair Bay®

Kenny's Key Lime Pie

  • 1/2 cup Blue Chair Bay® Key Lime Rum Cream
  • 9-inch graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 Tbs. melted butter
  • 1 Tbs. sugar
  • 2 cups sweetened condensed milk (1 14 oz. can + 3/4 cup)
  • 7 egg yolks
  • 1/3 cup Kermit's Key Lime Juice


  1. Crush about 12-14 graham crackers to a crumb, measure out 1 ½ cup of crumbs and put in a medium size bowl.
  2. Add the melted butter and sugar to bowl, mix until well combined and mixture can hold together.
  3. Pour crust mix into a buttered pie pan, firmly pressing into the bottom and up the sides of the pan.
  4. Bake at 300 degrees F for 6-7 minutes, until slightly browned.
  5. Allow to cool while you prepare the pie mix.
  1. Blend milk, egg yolks and Blue Chair Bay Key Lime Rum Cream at slow speed until smooth.
  2. Add Key Lime juice and finish blending.
  3. Pour into pie crust.
  4. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes.
  5. Cool pie 20 minutes before refrigerating. Allow to cool completely before serving.
  6. Top with whipped cream and enjoy!
