Mardi Gras Daiquiri
- Purple Layer:
- 1.5 oz. Blue Chair Bay® White Rum
- 1.5 oz. blue curacao
- 1.5 oz. grenadine
- 1 cup ice
- Yellow Layer:
- 1.5 oz. Blue Chair Bay® Coconut Rum
- 2 oz. pineapple juice
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 2 drops yellow food coloring
- Green Layer:
- 2 oz. melon liqueur
- .5 oz. lime juice
- 2 drops green food coloring
- 1 cup ice
Start with the ingredients for the purple layer. Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and place in the freezer. Repeat with the yellow layer and, finally, the green layer. Once it's layered, serve immediately. Garnish with a lime. Enjoy!
