Be My Valentine Jell-O shots Recipe - Blue Chair Bay®

Be My Valentine Jell-O shots

  • 1 3/4 cup Blue Chair Bay® Coconut Rum
  • 1 package Starburst Pink Gelatin
  • 1 package cherry gelatin
  • 3 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 1 3/4 cups cold water
  • whipped cream, for garnish
  • Valentine's Day sprinkles, for garnish

  1. In a small saucepan, bring 1 1/2 cups of water to a boil and add Starburst gelatin. Heat on low, stirring occasionally, until it's dissolved (about 5 minutes).
  2. Stir in 3/4 cup of Blue Chair Bay Coconut Rum and 3/4 cup of chilled water. Let cool for approximately 20 minutes and then pour into shot glasses, distributing them so each glass is 1/3 full.
  3. Let set in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Once it's set, clean the saucepan and bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the cherry gelatin. Heat on low, stirring occasionally, until it's dissolved (about 5 minutes).
  4. Stir in 1 cup of Blue Chair Bay Coconut Rum and 1 cup of chilled water. Let cool for approximately 30 minutes and then pour into the shot glass, on top of the Starburst gelatin.
  5. Let set in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Once the festive shots have set, add whipped cream and valentine's day sprinkles.
