Mocha Pumpkin Spice White Russian
- Cocktail:
- 1.5 oz. Blue Chair Bay® Vanilla Rum
- 1 oz. Blue Chair Bay® Mocha Rum Cream
- 1.5 oz. pumpkin spice creamer
- whipped cream, for garnish
- pumpkin pie slice, for garnish
- Rim:
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 3 tbs. crushed graham crackers
Mix the pumpkin pie spice sugar, and graham cracker crumbs together on a plate. Dip edge of glass in simple syrup and then into graham mixture. Press to coat and set aside. Pour cocktail ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake until cold. Pour into glass and top with whipped cream and pumpkin pie slice.
