Pineapple Peach Colada
- Yellow Layer:
- 1 oz. Blue Chair Bay® White Rum
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 tsp. agave
- .5 oz. cream of coconut
- 1 oz. fresh lime juice
- Red Layer:
- 1 oz. Blue Chair Bay® White Rum
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 tsp. agave
- .5 oz. cream of coconut
- 1 oz. fresh lime juice
- Orange Layer:
- 1 oz. Blue Chair Bay® White Rum
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1 tsp. agave
- .5 oz. cream of coconut
- 1 oz. fresh lime juice
For the first layer add rum, frozen pineapple, agave, cream of coconut, and fresh lime juice in a blender. Pour into a glass and place in the freezer. Repeat for the second layer, using strawberries instead of pineapple. Finally, repeat for the third layer with peaches. Add freshly cut strawberries and a peach slice for garnish and serve.
