Raspberry Buoy
- 3 oz. Blue Chair Bay® Coconut Spiced Rum Cream
- 7 raspberries
- floating raspberry for garnish
Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice (no need to muddle the raspberries, just throw them in there) and shake very well. Strain into a martini glass.
