Rum Cream Guacamole
- 1 avocado, ripe
- 1/2 a cherry tomato, diced
- 1 tsp. fresh cilantro
- 1-2 cloves garlic (up to you)
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 2 tbs. Blue Chair Bay® Key Lime Rum Cream
- juice of 1 lime
- salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, then stir and mash with a fork. Top with lime and jalapenos.
