Salted Caramel Mocha Latte Recipe - Blue Chair Bay®

Salted Caramel Mocha Latte

  • 1 cup Blue Chair Bay® Mocha Rum Cream
  • 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 2 tbsp. caramel ice cream topping
  • 2 tbsp. hot chocolate mix, or chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee
  • 2 tbsp. cool whip

Mix the brown sugar and sea salt. Heat the mocha rum cream, 2 tbs of caramel, hot chocolate mix, and a pinch of sea salt until hot. Pour into a blender and froth the mixture. Pour coffee into a mug, then top with frothed rum cream mixture. Top with cool whip and extra caramel. Sprinkle the sugar and sea salt mixture over the drink.
