Shamrock Shake Pudding Shots
- 1 1/2 cups Blue Chair Bay® Key Lime Rum Cream
- 1/2 cups Blue Chair Bay® Vanilla Rum
- 13 oz. box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Creme de Menthe
- 18 oz. tub Cool Whip, thawed
- 1-2 drops green food coloring
- whipped cream, for garnish
- maraschino cherry, for garnish
- Combine vanilla instant pudding, key lime rum cream, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
- Pour in vanilla rum and creme de menthe while stirring. Once combined, fold in the cool whip.
- Continue stirring until the pudding is finished blending.
- Add 1 drop of green food coloring and stir until you have the shade of green you want. Add another drop if needed.
- Separate pudding into pudding shot cups. Place lids on the cups and refrigerate overnight.
- Add whipped cream and a cherry before serving.
