Spiced Toddy
- 2 oz. Blue Chair Bay® Spiced Rum
- .5 oz. hot honey
- .5 oz. lemon juice
- hot water
Add the rum and honey to a mug. Top with hot water and give it a good stir, to dissolve the honey. Then top with lemon juice. Serve garnished with a lemon rind or wedge, optional.
