Strawberry Mango Daiquiri
- 4 oz. Blue Chair Bay® Mango Rum Cream
- 4 oz. Blue Chair Bay® White Rum
- 3-4 fresh mangos, peeled and chopped
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 2 oz. lime juice, divided
- 4 oz. simple syrup, divided
- 2 cups ice, divided
In a blender, mix frozen strawberries, 1 cup ice, white rum, 1 oz. lime juice, and 2 oz. simple syrup. Pour the strawberry daiquiri mixture between two glasses. Rinse blender. Add mangos, 1 cup ice, mango rum cream, 1 oz. lime juice, and 2 oz. simple syrup to blender. Blend again. Pour mango daiquiri mixture into the two glasses. Garnish with a fresh strawberry and mango slice.
