Summer Frost
- 2 oz. Blue Chair Bay® Coconut Rum
- 3 oz. Hawaiian Punch Berry Blue Typhoon
- crushed ice
- raspberries, for garnish
Combine all ingredients in a blender with crushed ice. Blend until the cocktail is a snow cone consistency, adding more crushed ice if needed. Pour into a martini glass and garnish with a skewer of raspberries.
