Tiramisu Martini
- 1 oz. Blue Chair Bay® Coconut Spiced Rum Cream
- 1 oz. coffee liqueur
- 3/4 cup tiramisu ice cream
- frozen whipped topping, thawed
- cinnamon, for garnish
- rolled wafer pastry, for garnish
Blend the rum cream, kahlua, and ice cream in a blender. Pour into a martini glass. Add whipped topping, cinnamon, and a cookie garnish.
