Vampire Bite
- 1.5 oz. Blue Chair Bay® Coconut Rum
- 1.5 oz. pomegranate juice
- .5 oz. lemon juice
- .5 oz. simple syrup
Combine all ingredients into a shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a glass. Garnish with an orange peel cut out as a bat and drizzle rim with red icing for a fang-tastic good time.
