- 1 cup Blue Chair Bay® Coconut Rum
- 8 cups chilled watermelon
- 11.5 oz. coconut water
- 4 tbsp fresh lime juice
- mint, for garnish
Add watermelon, coconut water, and fresh lime juice into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a large pitcher and add coconut rum. Stir. Serve over ice and garnish with a lime and fresh mint.
